- 500 g endive (witlof)
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter

Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- While the potatoes are cooking, wash and chop the endive.
- If using bacon, fry it in a pan until crispy.
