Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cola
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cola, soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the cola mixture over it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more chili paste.
  • Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
