Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.

  4. Once the rice is cooked, mix in rice vinegar and sugar, then let it cool.
  5. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.

  7. Place diced salmon and avocado slices in a line across the center of the rice.
  8. Drizzle some spicy sauce over the salmon and avocado.
  9. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
