  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the pancetta mixture, then pour the egg and cream mixture over the top. Toss to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
