Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  4. Once cooked, remove the ribs and place them on a serving platter.
  5. Optional: To caramelize the ribs, place them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight before cooking.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
