Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until smooth.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
