Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g butter
  • Powdered sugar for serving
  • Raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Using a spatula, flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, use two forks to tear the pancake into bite-sized pieces.
  6. If using, sprinkle raisins over the pieces and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
