Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 200g chorizo, sliced
  • 150g manchego cheese, cubed
  • 1 jar of olives
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. While the bread is toasting, prepare the other ingredients.
  4. On a serving platter, arrange the chorizo, manchego cheese, olives, and roasted red pepper.
  5. Once the bread is toasted, serve it alongside the platter of tapas.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
