100g pesto
150g mozzarella

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice the courgettes lengthwise into thin strips.
Spread a layer of pesto on each courgette strip.
Place a slice of mozzarella on top of the pesto.
Roll up the courgette strips and secure them with a toothpick.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
