Instructions

  3. Add the flour and whisk to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the diced salmon and ham to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish, top with grated cheese, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
