Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 100g Boursin cheese
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the salmon and flake it into pieces.
  5. In the same pan, add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  6. Add the flaked salmon back to the pan.
  7. Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • This dish can be made with frozen salmon if fresh is not available.
