Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 200g minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced bell pepper and tomatoes, cooking for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. Place the meat mixture onto the tortilla wrap and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Roll the wrap tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes until the wrap is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
  • For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the meat mixture.
